Au'roar'a - Looking after your dogs

Dog Daycare & Home Dog Boarding

Birmingham and Solihull

Auroara Dog Training now offers Doggy Day Care and dog boarding for small to medium sized dogs in Acocks Green Birmingham, my home is not large enough for large dogs.

Auroara Doggy Day Care and home dog boarding is held in my family hone in Acocks Green,  Birmingham so your puppy or dog will be treated like one of the family, there are teenagers in the family and your dog will spend time with them too. My home is shared with a golden retriever who is currently 3 years old, unfortunately your dog needs to be neutered to be able stay with me, unless the dog is under the age of having the op.

I am fully insured and hold a dog boarding licence with Birmingham Council, initially I am only taking in one dog at a time as I already have one of my own. I am also trained in Dog First Aid along with holding a DBS.

I am a dog trainer and am training to be a dog behaviourist currently passed level 3 and doing level 4 with the IMDTB, I also do one to one training. I currently hold training classes at Haymills CC, Monkspath Community Centre (Dachshunds) and Arden Dog Training (Kennel Club Good Citizenship).

As part of the process there needs to be a meet up to see how the dogs get on before any dates are set, I do not charge for this, and it involves walking the dogs together and bringing them into my home to see that they like each other it will take approximately 30 Minutes.

Note: Dogs that are reactive towards people and other dogs would be declined.

Doggy DayCare- Note: Dogs must be neutered or spayed unless the dog is under the age of having the op.

Transportation. All dogs including the clients will be secured in a vehicle using a harness and seat belt, or if applicable in the boot of the car tied in. Dogs will always be kept on leads outside of the property including going to the car and back and walks. The client’s dog may at times be put on a longline when visiting fields as part of their exercise. No dogs will ever be left in the car in extreme heat.
